You can check your Power at the top of your Town view.
You can earn Power by completing town Missions, upgrading the buildings in your town, doing Research, producing Troops and leveling up your Commander.
Power made by completing town missions and researching can not be taken away. You can demolish buildings and by doing that your power will also decrease. Troop power decreases if your troops are destroyed or damaged.
If you click on the Power you can check the total buffs active at that moment on your account.
The buffs are categorized in 5 types:
Economy Speed
Economy Resources
Troops Military
Troops Resources
Commander
