Telegraph

The Telegraph gives you information about incoming marches towards your Town. Upgrading your Telegraph to level 21 and 22 will give you an unit attack debuff to all marches sent out.

Telegraph abilities:

Level 1: Warns of an Incoming march

Level 3: Shows the type of the march

Level 5: Shows you the name and coordinates of the player sending the march

Level 7: Shows you the arrival time of a march

Level 9: Shows you the name of the alliance sending the march

Level 11: Gives an estimate of the total number of troops in the march

Level 13: Tells you the troop types

Level 15: Provides troops names and estimates their numbers. Also detects the commander.

Level 17: Exact number of troops and the commander's level

Level 19: Tells you what researches the players has and at what level.

Level 21: Incoming enemy marches on your town suffer 10% troop attack penalty

Level 22: Incoming enemy marches on your town suffer 20% troop attack penalty. The cost of scouting you gets multiplied by 5.
