The Fort sets the level of your Town. It is the center of your Town and it establishes your status in the State. It also provides an overview of your Town’s economy. It cannot be demolished.
Leveling up your Fort will increase the number of marches you can send, as well as their unit capacity. It will also increase the Alliance Help you can receive in order to speed up your construction and researches.
