A player from my Alliance scored less points than me, yet he received a Top 100 Prize in the event. Why haven’t I received a prize?

There are different tiers for the event based on multiple factors such as town level. So a player with level 2 as an example will have different milestones and different prizes than a player with town level 15. 

This is why players who have scored less points than you, might make it to Top 100 and you not. We split players on levels so as to give more prizes. We have 5 categories of players and we give rewards to the first 100 of each category - thus, we reward at least 500 players with every Event. If it wasn't for the system we have and if we were to only reward the top 100 players of all categories, it is likely that many players would have never qualify for a top 100 prize.
