Game crashed on Thanksgiving and I can't get back to my profile. I am having to start over but I believe my former profile is still there. How can I recover my prior status?

Tive problemas com a nova versão e desinstalei e instalei novamente o jogo . Quando voltou , eu estava no nível 1 e na conta antiga no 22. Como faço para ter a conta antiga , e eu tinha comprado melhorias e estava recebendo ainda pois paguei para 1 mas.

How do I recover my war and peace accounts? 1 facebook and 2 google all gone.lvl22 fort was my main and 2 altd at level 11.

I lost my account as soon as I hit level 14 with 4 mill power.... all gone I can't get in through nothing. I'm done I'm not going to play again if it just repeats this crap. Can't login through anything I tried.

Well i was hoping this game would be different than some that i have played. Seems that i was wrong. The customer support is aweful just like them. I have been waiting 3 day for a response to an issue i have had. I got 1 response from Wolf whom said he was goning to look in to this issue.. i have given him all the info he has requested. And to this day still have not gotten a response. I an still locked out of my main acct had to create a second scct just to play... I am disappointed as to the customer support in this game. I love the game play and theme but with support like this this game will have many disgruntled played, wich i see in some forum is already happening...so sad Patrick state 1

I thought if I uninstalled the game it would fix my problem. Now both accounts are gone. How can I retrieve them?

I had to reset my emails with devs. But Google Play login still doesn't work.
