Tried using facebook for a 2nd account and lost the first. Can i get 1st account back?

Today i lost 5000 Gold ,i dont know wo. Today at Morning i have 20000 Gold now 15700,i have nothing spended...

Well i was hoping this game would be different than some that i have played. Seems that i was wrong. The customer support is aweful just like them. I have been waiting 3 day for a response to an issue i have had. I got 1 response from Wolf whom said he was goning to look in to this issue.. i have given him all the info he has requested. And to this day still have not gotten a response. I an still locked out of my main acct had to create a second scct just to play... I am disappointed as to the customer support in this game. I love the game play and theme but with support like this this game will have many disgruntled played, wich i see in some forum is already happening...so sad Patrick state 1

I thought if I uninstalled the game it would fix my problem. Now both accounts are gone. How can I retrieve them?

I had to reset my emails with devs. But Google Play login still doesn't work.

Same deal couldnt get in through google play so i logged in through email and reset password and lost acct and it reset to a new game think i just lost a 55m power acct

Same problem...cannot access either account through Google play.....i can get into main account through Facebook but cannot reach second account where I keep all res...

I'm having the exact same problem as Mark. Can no longer login at all. Not with Google Play. Not with email.
