hi assistants! i purchased 19 of 12H building speedup by 288 gold/unit in the VIP market, the gold was spent but the speedups were not obtained, i tried the purchase for second time, the system works correctly, but the gold spent at first time was not retuned.
Please verify the system, correct the bug and return me back the gold spent at the first time.

good evening assistants! I come to you because I did not receive my 15 x 12 hour training accelerators, the gold was taken but I received nothing in return. Thank you for looking into the problem.. and if possible give me back the accelerators..
