Bought a pack and used the 100% construction speed, but it hasn't helped the time of the build. Still waiting the normal amount of time for buildings to upgrade.

It does help the timer but you don’t really get much from them it only speeds up the seconds as they go by you don’t get 100% off the time
Not saying your wrong at all but tbh there not really helpful so be sceptical
