Unable to log in to my account. Shield will drop in just under 2 hours at 12:07 am central. How do I get in to set new shield? Tom Taylor

I can't say for sure, but I think their servers are on the fritz. As far as I know, nobody in my alliance can long in either.

Same for me. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Now I lost my account and all the progress I have made. Shield is going down in 2 hours. WTF?

Click your Avatar and select help and support. There is an option to restore a lost account if it restarted your game. Hope this helps

Mine is frozen on the intro screen with music and loading message but doesn’t load ???? Please advise.
