Game froze. Phone was acting up. Reinstalled game but lost my old account in doing so. Any suggestions?

My game crashed and when I tried to restart it it went all the way back to the beginning frustrating because I just got to 40 million power this morning my user name is justjo and I was in state 50 a member of thebrotherhood alliance
