Image comes up with Grant on Cinnamon and says loading 100%. Then it stops after small logo comes up and freezes

I can’t login. Game freezes. Open ticket. Was closed and said fixed. It’s worse now then before.

Yes I am having the same problem not being able to login to the game. This problem just started yesterday is there anything customer support team can do to help?

I lost my whole account and they put on a old account in its place

I am unable to stay logged in to my account it keeps going right back offline. Any suggestions? I've checked everything on my end it seems to be a problem with the game. Could you please look into it and fix it thank you

I am unable to log in again had the same problem a month ago. I can actually login I just can't stay logged in it keeps going offline. Anything customer support can do to help I appreciate it.

I am still unable to log in and stay logged in I'm missing out on resources events and everything for the past 3 days. Can customer support fix this problem?

I am still having a problem staying logged in to my game. This is been ongoing for days now I've missed out on so much the members of my alliance are even reaching out to me and asking me if I'm all right because of my activity decreased. Looks like I'm going to miss out on a chance to mine gold tomorrow also and this Interruption is costing me a lot of resources not to mention just this your pleasure of playing the game. Will customer service please look into this problem and give me any suggestions or fix it please
