Why can’t I open chat? I can swipe to Alliance chat, State chat and English chat. I can see what they are saying but can’t actually open it up. I have sent multiple tickets in and don’t get a answer from them.

You can look at the day and time on that screenshot. They also so quick to want to close the ticket out. It’s sad because I really enjoyed this game and have spent a good amount of money. But that’s my problem

It’s been over 24 hours and I still have not received anything, Other the it’s being processed. Anytime I have sent a ticket in, It was resolved that day! What is going on?
