This is for those of you who did not PURCHASE a pack in order to unlock the U.S. Grant commander. If you still have this commander locked on your fort, have any of you had a single talent part drop for the 4 talents under this commander?
Even though it is locked, you can still build up talent parts for him. Has anyone had a single talent part drop in a chest, as a reward, etc. for the locked U.S. Grant commander on your fort?

Theres one on the confederate side rob e lee does the same had him a few months now not a single talent part has droped

Has anyone with a locked GRANT or LEE had a single talent part drop ever? on any of the 8 talents associated with those two commanders.
