Reported a stability issue 2 weeks ago on iPad following the update, is anyone else having crash after crash on iPad, especially when trying to switch to gathering resources. What is more I ask 2 weeks ago for the developer to look into it, complete a ticket and 2 weeks later still nothing, still being processed and game still crashing. No acknowledgement of the issue just no response at all. Seems pretty rubbish customer service if you ask me.

So the solution 3 weeks ago was for me to download blue stacks, I paid to play on my iPad so will not be doing that. 2 further updates and still stability issues in fact I would go as far as to say they are actually worse. If i attempt to go onto the state screen it is instant crash every time on the iPad. I opened a new ticket, oddly it was closed about 12 hours later, no response just closed. I have to say the customer service I am receiving here because I am not prepared to allow nothing to be done is appalling. Next stop, online forums not run by the developer to point out the quite obvious issues since the commanders money grabbing update was put in place.
