Nothing has been fixed the issue regarding alliance menu is still not fixed we still get the black screen the game still drops out and we have to reboot devices and reload You have sent me mail saying your closing the ticket when you’ve actually fixed nothing which is causing concern about your capability to actually care about the game and it’s players Fix it like yesterday you have all ready cost our alliance a lot of trouble... Fix it Gino

The newest update has caused a bug that won’t let me or other alliance members to change the alliance recruitment. Due to this, a player joined the alliance, attacked the White House, causing my shield to drop. They then attacked me relentlessly, taking all of my resources (over 90M of each resource) with my knowledge. This isn’t right. I’ve emailed help and support. They created a ticket and basically told me I’m screwed, then closed the case without my response of the alliance management bug. This needs fixed ASAP!

Black screen on alliance menu unable to access it

Also game kicks out and I have to reload

The chat menu gets locked and I have to roboot my devise and reload the game

All of the above is from the update

The alliance menu bug has cost us over 100 million in resources as we could not access to close the alliance as we had some on join and attack the White House and dropped our shield then wiped our troops out and took all the resources

Thanks a lot he is now leaving the game

Since the new update unable to open the Manage Alliance part, each time I try to open it I get a BLACK SCREEN of death and the game locks out. I then have to restart the game.

Still showing gathering times doubled since Update. Also my speed-up timers haven't worked for 2 months

I had the same issue but I re-sent my marches and the gathering times were back to normal. Must have been a glitch.
