Reports screen freezes. Not the only one in my alliance with this issue

I’m growing very frustrated by this freeze. I can’t even see my target results during this kill event. I posted my ticket over 24 hours ago and still no response! Apparently I am not alone with this issue. It’s not a damn holiday get this shit fixed!!

This is the second day I've had this crap happen either fix this or you will lose me as a customer. If this last throughout another 24 hours, I am done with the game and you at this point.
