Purchased second builder pack and after 10 days it was canceled. Why????

2nd builder subscription is saying I need to resubcribe. My original subscription was purchased on June 28th so it hasn't been a month. When I click on resubscribe it says I already have it, but a.l of the benefits are gone.

I have not been getting my rewards on the current train troops event for commander or alliance. Second problem happened today while healing troops, game automatically bought food with no prompt to heal. 170k+ in gold. I have over 30m in food and had no need to buy any. How can we resolve these issues?
