The newest update is affecting people in different ways, chat text not showing up until you hit send so you can't see what your typing until it is sent, new troops not showing up, troops not returning from gathering some not seeing the Battle Royal Event. This update was rolled out poorly and needs to be fixed asap.

You would think they would read their own forums and at least comment on them so the players know what's going on. If I was the CEO of this company I would start by firing the customer support manager and move on through until I had replaced everyone with people that care if the company makes money.
