I used to be able to utilize these but now when I click it, its keeps saying 'video unavailable at the moment, please try later'. Anyone have any suggestions to help with this issue?

I'm having a ton of issues.. buying with gold, vip market 12/24hour speed ups building and research speed ups.. not reserving them.. watching videos two or three times before I get my rewards.. getting kicked off line and freezing up..
