I purchased a 30 day subscription. Received the gold and other supplies but didn't receive the 180 60min speed ups

I'm the opposite. Accidently purchased a pack, received it, but not charged. I will not use anything that was downloaded and I am waiting to hear back. I don't what to be charged.
