Problem recieving my Purchase from the store

I purchased the Corporal Package and never received it. I need to know how to go about getting it. I checked with Google and my credit card and the money came out. I just never received the package. At this point I would really like the package. But I will take a refund and try one more time to get the package.

I ordered the package for 8.49. it was charged to my card. I just want what I payed for. it looks like a lot of people are having the same issue. unless I get what I payed for I will not be buying anything else.

You would think we might have a reply by now.... is the team having labor disputes right now or are they on strike... let's go, can we please get some responses? Who did I really pay here?

I also am having this problem.  I sent an email to the help people and they created a ticket that is pending....how long does it take to look at this and see oh yeah she never got it....
