I purchased a 15 hour speedup for 900 gold with 2300 showing in my account. After purchase I noticed I had only 300 gold left meaning I lost 1200 additional gold without purchasing anything else. I purchased packs when I first started playing the game and that was where the 2300 came from when this happened. Need help getting my 1200 gold back please. Thanks

Just bought a pack that gave me 1200 gold to give me over 5000 gold. Spent a little leaving me with 5010 gold and now it says I only have 1510 lost 3500 gold. Can you help me get that back so I can go to s37 and participate in event. TY for your help.

When I was playing this morning. I lost 250 golden coins because of a bug. I've never wanted tu use gold to buy a silver chest. NOW i need these golden coins. WHAT should I do to get them back? Regards

When I logged out earlier today I had over 11k in gold. When I logged back in at lunch I only had 12 gold. I thought maybe it was just not showing zeros or something so I used 100 gold from my items and got my balance up to 112 gold. What has happened to my gold?
