I have tried several times to contact support for the problems I encounter. There has been no response for a few days. Can anyone help me here or do you have the same problem too!

Yup, I will be disputing all of my charges for packs here soon if they do not respond. Customer support is shit yet they are quick to take our money.

Same here. Have placed bug tickets get email saying they are resolved when they are not
