Does anyone know how to use this feature.

Any fort upgrade past lvl20 requires them and only place I've found to get them is tapping items, top left tap store and under Specials tab you can get them 1000 gold each

Does anyone know how to get war bonds of upgrade. My fort is at level 21. And now I can not build anything else. Maybe this is as far as I can really go in this game

They're needed to upgrade all buildings to 21 and above

I think it only works if you have the requirements for it, like the fort lvl is 21 and the required building lvl is 21
