I bought a pack and it hasn't shown up yet? Getting kind of worried since it was $100. Please help.

I bought a pack that was to deliver 250 per day for 7 days it paid the first 2 day and not the 3rd.

Can you make it possible to buy packs for alliance members. Also to gift not just resources but regular items as well such as teleports, shields etc. Please and thank you.
