Lost accounts due to an update loop

I was wondering if anybody has had the same problem I am having now with War and Peace. I was asked to update I had no choice, I updated and got stuck in some sort of update loop when I deleted the account and re-downloaded I found I had not secured it yet so I became locked out. war and peace gave me a ticket number and asked for information to prove the account is mine. I have this info including a receipt for the latest purchase on the account and nothing. It’s been a week and no further communication. I’m in the dark and I’m forced to just wait. In the mean time my base has been ransacked I’m frustrated. My handler is Laura B

My game would not start and I was getting attacked all the while… now my account is lost and I would like to have it back.

How do I get account back I thought I had saved it to gmail, Facebook & Google. Had Facebook account running n switchd to Google n haven't been able to get it back since???

I have also experienced problems with the game loading completely after downloading the update, very frustrating especially since my girlfriend and my accounts have been secured. Time and money wasted as I am now unshielded...Smh. I really enjoy the game wish the bugs would get fixed once and for all this is the 3rd time I have experienced this loading issue.

I updated the app, and when I opened it the town screen was BLACK. I rebooted the phone and the entire app has been deleted, and it WON'T download again... please reactivate my account so I can continue to play
