I do not get any new packs on both my accounts. Everybody else is like Black Friday pack...cool. I don't get them.

I'm having the same issue only get about 1 pack offer every few weeks

Also not getting any event packs wondering why I'm spending and not getting anywhere everybody else are getting better packs than I'm being offered

It's day 3 and i still do not have any resolution on not being able to purchase packs such as The recent Black Friday Pack See by allowing some players to get them and others not you are giving an unfair advantage to those who have the ability to purchase them. If you are not going to give me the opportunity to purchase packs then please give me compensatory equipment so i can catch up to them, like speed up and resource wagons. This is rediculous...some get some dont.. it's a lopsided game.

The name on my acct is MatoNazin from world 1. I didn't get any of the Black Friday packs. No offers

yes i have the same problem i did not get some of the items i was told i would get after buying the black friday bundle..

The names of my accounts that do not get updated game packs are Skysoldier and DaReaper in state 3.
