Gray Bishop

Game says it needs an update, and when you go to update, it has already been updated. But you are caught in a loop between game saying to update and App Store saying it already has been updated. Game won’t open! Can’t play.

I bought the construction package, and everything has been fine until a few hrs ago when i clicked on the construction wagon, it froze the game after i login. At forst i thought that maybe it was an upgrade and bad timing but i had 3 construction packages and the first 2 came out the exact same and the 3rd one froze it.. is there any way possible you guys can fix this?

I backed up my account. but when i went to open the app the game says it needs updated. however, i updated the game on IOS a couple days beforehand. tried opening the app still says needs updated but i have the latest update there is. i removed the app to redownload it and now i have to start all over?? HELP!

Thank you for letting us know about this.

Make sure to refresh the Update tab in the App store.

You can check the screenshot I have provided to see to what tab I am referring.
