These are random sets, only construction set will drop around 4 to 5 pieces which will boost your construction speed by a tiny bit(like around 30% to 40% based on the perks rolled on yours). You can upgrade those items as you collect more of the same pieces. Over all these are helpful in many ways - boosts production, construction, marching/gathering speed, offence and defense boosts etc
