Have you figured out how you may compensate me and the other players that couldn't log on last night...my issue is I wasn't able to log on to renew my shield and lost over 50k of each T3 and over 30 to 40 mill of each resource.i hope that you will figure something out soon..I really like this game and I spend money on packs daily..I I don't want to get a resentment on the game and quit playing.. hope to hear from soon

I logged out of one account to log into another and I haven't been able to log in. Goes to the home screen and that's it and hear the music but does never come on. And this had to happen on gold day so I won't be able to mine in the gold. And if I don't get back on soon my shield will fall and I'll lose everything I get so tired of this game sometimes it's constantly losing connection it's going to happen one of these times and I'll get killed or zeroed. Please fix these problems love the game but not the problems.

I got a new phone. Originally inwas able to login into my 3 forts. Now the fortsnusingbthe Google and Facebook login buttons do not work. Google does nothing and Facebook logs me into to abandon new game. Can you help

Same thing here. My original game through the app went missing. The customer service department is clueless as to the issue. I can log into my account but that does not fix the app which wants me to start all over..... like f'n he'll I'm doing that. There needs to be a class action lawsuit because this is a complete rip off.

As per tech support suggestion to reinstall game after Uninstaller reinstall starts new game instead of existing game what I do now

I have been unable to login to my game account. The loading screen keeps freezing about 80% of the time.

Went to log on it said i needed to update game on google play , i clicked ok it went to Google play there was no update i clicked to open game and it just trys loading

Go to settings, app, the the war and peace app, click data and click allow during power save mode, mine started working then

I can not log onto the game it goes to first page with the picture on it all it keeps saying is loading never changes cant back out of page I spend way to much money on this game ..I have played for over 500 days and now this after your last update. I have already lost millions in RSS and men .. not happy
