Please write your message below. Your player name is: SgtSinister ---Hello game managers! I am writing in regards to a purchase of 2.49 for the 7 day subscription. I purchased the pack at 2:48, yet never received any of the benefits of my purchase. I'm wondering if I am able to receive or do I consult Google for a refund? I'm new to the game and have enjoyed it so far! I hope my issues may be resolved so I'm able to make more purchases, advance in the game and remain playing for along time to come! Thank you very much!

Having an issue with a pack I purchased, it had 100 research speed up, i applied it. It did nothing. Please let me know what I did wrong or how is it to be applied. Thank you

I made a Sprint payment but can't buy any gold packages with Sprint account. Same with a credit card.
