The Gold and some of the bundles of Resources you get from different crates will not be added to your balance, but you can find them in Items > My Items > Resources.

They are not in my items. I'm in and out of there several times a day and nothing. I got the second builder subscription and past night I didn't even receive my 500 gold which 8s added into the bank directly.

It will say I've won gold or receive from gifts, but I never get them. I've only gotten them on first day playing. Also I have a msg in box but it won't let me delete or show that I've read it. My box keeps saying I got mail

Hi guys,

When you buy Gold packs from the store - the Gold amount goes directly to your balance.

The Gold bonus the pack might include goes in your inventory in the form of Gold items.

I'm not receiving my gold. I have invited my friends on Facebook for 200 gold. Did not receive 200 gold. I also received a daily crate for 500 gold, did not receive the 500 gold. Great game. Just fix please. I have looked in the resources invetory and the gold isn't there.
