Why can’t I change my name?

If you have troubles changing your Commander name, you should know that the name you choose must:

- be unique (no two names are the same)

- pass the profanity filter (make sure your name is not vulgar/offensive)

- be written in the Latin alphabet, without any special characters or pauses after the last character

I'm a new player and it won't let me set a name for my commander. It's not profain and I've tried many different names. Thanks.

Me too. I tried ,LONGSTREET. Nothing works it should be simpler guys.

Ok i put numbers at end of my name and it worked. Longstreet13. I was trying longstreet but didnt work. Hopefully that helps someone.
